Canna Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the recent closing of a complex $4M sale/leaseback financing package for a Colorado “vertical” cannabis operator. The financing, in a partnership with a Chicago-based national capital source, provided the operator with senior debt and construction financing necessary to complete one ground-up project and another renovation project.
