We were in Central Mass last week to visit one of our favorite clients there. Our client is busily finishing up tenant improvements on a super cool retail dispensary on a v-e-r-y well traveled arterial. The property will feature a customer-friendly experience in the retail/showroom/dispensary portion of the building. The rear “back of the house” portion of the space will feature a super-efficient, drop-tray conveyor system for product order, retail clerk picking, and hands-free product transfer to the customer.
